Yes, or a glow around the widget pulsing in read, or a bubble coming out of it saying whatever appropriate for the business. « Get your free quote » « any questions? » etc… or even several alert function to choose from

A chat bubble coming out would be perfect so we could input something that makes the potential customer go A-HA and click it. A circle with a chat icon isn't enticing or noticeable.

We're working on these things, but changing the font, or the CSS of the chatbot widget is very low priority for us. Custom color chat bubbles, or custom icon for the widget are good suggestions though!

I think all has been already said !
What could be awesome : speak to your bot, I mean a mic icon near the message input field that would be use to transcrire the voice / message of the user, and would send the message upon transcription completion (and message field filled in)

Would also love the option to hide the name of the chatbot from inside the embed.
Custom CSS, or at least options to choose the font, button/bubble colours would also be great.
The cherry-on-the-top would be a way to embed/control the bot via a JS API rather than an iFrame. This would be useful for seamless integration, as well as things like having a 'chat with a human' button that could close the AI bot and open Intercom instead, for example.

Botsheets already gives out very good answers so adding a sleek and modern looking widget would definitely take it to the next level.
