It would be useful to be able to add some presets so that a user can just click a button for popular/suggested questions. This gives example questions and can inspire the user.
Good suggestion. Although current thinking is that the bot would ask the questions, and then suggest possible responses, then ask another question, all focused on the goal of collecting data/responses from the users. Having question/conversation starters initiated by the user is easy though. Noted.
