Selection of answers for users.

If the bot asks a question, automatic answers should be provided for selection. Thanks

Another option is to be able to enter iframes, we would do it with Google Forms, which would lead the results obtained to the same Google Sheets connected to our botsheets bot.

With Google Forms there are many possibilities.

We're looking at this one. How does everyone feel about letting AI generate suggested responses automatically from your business data? You wouldn't have control over the possible responses. It's AI-generated suggested responses.

I agree, but I think there should also be the ability for the user to ask their own question if the automatic answers don't provide the question they are looking for. Or at the very least, add a question/button that says "I have a different question" or something similar which then allows the user to ask their own open-ended question.

I think the poster of this is looking for quick reply buttons. It wouldn't replace typing but provide a shortcut for people that don't want to type with suggestion chips for possible answers/responses

This and when someone answers a multiple choice question there should be different paths depending on the answers. For example, a home improvement website might ask are you interested in doors, windows, painting, or bathroom and depending on the answer there would be a different path. just like the flow of these forms but a chatbot version: https://www.typeform.com/forms/ botsheets could own the lead generation industry because websites get hooked up to ping post via Google Sheets.
