Email Notification Enhancements

We currently trigger an email when someone engages with a chatbot. Things we can enhance:

• A summary and transcript in the email

• Customization tools:

  • Enable/disable a link to the dashboard, and enable/disable a link to Sheet

  • Remove logo in email notification

  • Possibly changing the "From" email so the notification comes from a different address. No guarantees on this one though
