ability to transfer to live agents
you should be able to transfer to live agents on demand or connect to another service that offers this, i understand that this is a lead generation but it is missing half of it's potential.
at the very least should be able to let the customer know that someone will be contacting them soon if they made a request that the ai does not know how to answer or they requested something from the business.

I have a live chat using anychat, so I configured botsheets that if someone ask for a live agent it will provide the link 🔗. I will then get notified by my app someone is on the other side 💬. I won’t be able to have the chat transcript on it but it will do the job

You can add that someone will be contacting them if the AI can't answer.
Just add that as a rule in the Prompt Editor.
"If you can't confidently answer a question, tell the user you will have someone on the team follow up or that they can email [email address]"
Keep in mind, these are webchat bots, and people don't sit there waiting to be connected to a human and 99.9% of botsheets users don't have a live agent ready to jump in and take over live immediately. Following up with the user is still a reasonable customer experience.

Not a bad idea, how about call [phone] or [text] ? :)
Connect to a live person would be great, so needed in higher ticket stuff.
From the sounds of it the Catch a Hook method will work soon
